Board meetings are open to all members of the Golf East community.  They are typically held at the Carolina Trace Country Club.

2026 Recurring Limb and Stick Collection Program

In the interest of maintaining the appearance of the community, reducing the hazards of brush fires, and eliminating the requirements for major semiannual cleanups, Golf East will continue with a quarterly limb and stick collection program.  Limbs, sticks, and branches will be removed from the curbside of residential lots 4 times per year. The schedule for yard waste cleanup for 2026 is:

The following guidelines apply:

• Branches should be brought to the street no sooner than 1 week before the collection date. Until then, find a place to store limbs and branches out of sight of the street in order to maintain the appearance of the community. Homeowners will be individually contacted to correct deficiencies.
• Limbs placed out for collection should be no longer than 6 feet. Full trees and longer branches will not be picked up due to transportation limits. 
• Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this community service which is  paid for by your annual dues.
